Fly Girl Foundation CIC is proud to be delivering impactful, trauma-informed support through our Empower Her and Mentorship programmes, designed to help women rebuild their confidence, find their voice, and take control of their futures.

We are currently working within Eden House Approved Premises, offering our Empower Her workshops alongside a dedicated mentorship programme. These sessions provide women with tools for emotional resilience, self-worth, and practical guidance — all delivered by mentors with lived experience who understand the journey first hand.

We are also running our Empower Her programme at The Park Centre, Bristol, creating a safe and supportive space for women and girls in the wider community to explore healing, growth, and personal empowerment.
